Online Permits
Whether you’re a large scale business or an individual, we can assist and/or pull your permits online (when applicable).
Over-The-Counter Permits
We will schedule with the city’s Department of Planning and Permitting to submit your residential plans and obtain a permit.
Walk-In Permits
We will route your residential or commercial building plans through and to all of the appropriate agencies, as required, to obtain a permit.

Engineer Services
Some permits require licensed engineers to review and stamp your plans. We have a network of engineers who are well-versed on Oahu’s regulations and codes.

Call us to discuss what architectural services you may need. We can then refer you to an experienced Architect on Oahu.
Electronic Plans Submission
The DPP now requires that all projects be submitted through the electronic plans platform (ePlans). This type of submission has a range of specifications that differ from hard copy plans. If your project requires ePlans, we can assist. Call or email us to discuss your project.
Erosion & Sediment Control Coordinator
Per City and County of Honolulu guidelines, many projects that go through permitting will require Storm Water Quality Review. Depending on the size and type of construction, they may require ESCP documents. We are certified by the city to complete the required documents and field visits.
